Ilford Netball Club

We welcome anyone with a pulse (preferably female, and aged between 14 and 84 - (that's me)) to join our netball club. We have 3 teams ranging from the sublime to the gorblimey.
All shapes and all sizes - but enough about our bras - we are black, white, brown, large, small, young and old. Our club trains on Tuesdays at a local school in Redbridge (London town) for a couple of hours and then we go down the pub to undo all the good work. We presently have an Aussie coach but she says she will have to go home eventually because she's forgotten what the sun looks like (her tablets have obviously worn off).
We play thrilling matches (well they are to us) at Redbridge Sports Centre on Saturdays between October and May. Our top two teams have just been promoted and our third team missed out by a whisker - tweezers nurse please....
Come on - all rush forward now and give netball a try. Its come a long way since schoolgirls and knickers...Please feel free to email us so we can fill you in - not literally
