Profile: MIG

I was an avid skydiver who was looking for more air time . Today ,I consider myself a humble, resposible pilot . My devotion to this sport has transformed me from a fence jumper to an advocate for many issues pertaining to the sport of free flight .
Together ,with a handfull of local pilots we have formed chapter #191 of UNITED STATES HANGLIDING PARAGLIDING ASSOCIATION ,
I champion and suport such causes as opening and maneging new flying sites , Land preservation, Proper training ,and overall adherence to the principles of USGPA and their commitment to foot lauched sports .
Becoming a paragliding pilot has opened many doors for me from the first time I did my first solo flght to present day my passion for what I do has surprised alot of people that know me .
I am also an avid off-shore fisherman , big game fishing has been a hobbie of mine scince I was knee high to a frog . Fishing ofcourse is not possible without a good boat so naturally ,boating takes up alot of my time .
I still like to dazzle people with " We all have to die of something " reply ,when I get that proverbial Why jump out of a perfectly good airplane remark .
Life to me is not worth living unless I confront my fears ,
" I will live my life even if it means dying " am I affraid ? heck yes , I cant imagine life without fear ,but I also cannot imagine life being paralized by it . So I fly ,and I wonder into the ocean hundreds of miles ....................and I live or I die . But I live , I am alive !
